HAL Geo Tagger is an interface, designed for the utility of HAL’s CSR teams, using which they can Geo Tag various CSR and Plantation Project sites. It captures realtime GPS locations and camera pictures of the device for tagging projects. Users can also update progressive timeline details about the projects. The key objective of geo-tagging is to track progress of projects through geo-tagged photographs, for various projects across its units and in the vicinity. This helps in better monitoring and tracability of the CSR activites. The App provides a MIS interface for activity monitoring. With the help of Year on Year Summary and Timeline Progress reports, progress of the ongoing projects can be reviewed easily. The technology is especially a game changer in the areas where scope of work is spread across wide geography.
